Hails and Salutations! It is with great pleasure that I have been requested to authorize this Official Dispensation of Nobility Entitlement and Dynasty Recognition. These kind of Dispensations are indeed a cherished but rare recognition by the Ducal Maison’s of Habsburg and Lorraine. Today, it is indeed the Maison de Bourbon that holds great merit in the restoration of the French Monarchy and our related familial bloodlines within the true succession to the throne de France. This kind of Dispensation is greatly sought after but it is never granted actually to anyone outside of our Royal and Nobility bloodlines. In order to recieve this kind of Dispensation, one must be able to provide valid geneological paperwork showing that your personal surname is indeed linked to the Maison’s (Nobility and Royal Houses) de Habsburg, de Lorraine, de Bourbon, de Anjou, de Austria, and de Bavarie. This Official Dispensation is granted to Javier Gold Ferrari entitling him as Emperor and Prince of the Blood and a Sion of the Order of the Merovingian Vine. The Office of Emperor and Prince of the European Houses is indeed a high honor within Nobility and Royalty Entitlements and Appointment Investitures and the Council of European Princes has determined that Emperor and Prince Javier Gold Ferrari stands as a great example of the kind of level headed leadership that the Royal Houses of Europe look for in determining our granting and recognition from the European Council of Princes for the grand Entitlement of Emperor and Prince of our European Union. It is my extreme contention that Javier Gold Ferrari deserves this Font of Honor and is instrumental in the reviving of our historical family Alliances and the restoration of our Chivalric Orders that have always been connected to our Nobility and Royal Houses throughout the very history of our bloodlines and families. In the granting of this special Entitlement I have also included that Javier Gold Ferrari is fully recognized by the Order of the Merovingian Vine as Sovereign Prince of Sion and this is my great honor to do so. The greatness of our families depends upon the greatness of our individual family members and our examples which we make as recognized leadership that represent our historical families should always be exceptional.
