Publicamente convino al Sr Valery Kuvared no usar mis fotos en su web, Blogs,o cualquier Publicacion que haga a mi,no puedes utilizar libremente las imágenes que obtienes a través de internet para tu blog o página web, sin que exista riesgo de que tengas que responder ante el que ostente los derechos de autor de la misma, aunque pongas su nombre al pie de la foto. ¿Por qué? Pues sencillamente porque la Ley de Propiedad Intelectual y otras normas de ámbito comunitario e internacional protegen los derechos de autoría de las obras,requiriéndonos para que retiremos la imagen y advirtiéndonos de que de no hacerlo ejercitarán las acciones legales oportunas hasta que nos exijan el pago de una cuantiosa indemnización., Me Reservo el Derecho Legal internacional si sigue usando mis Fotografias.

Publicly agreed to Mr Valery Kuvared not use my pictures on websites, blogs, or any publication to me, you can not freely use the images you get over the Internet to your blog or website, without the risk of which have to answer to who holds the copyright of it, but you put your name at the bottom of the photo. Why? Simply because the Copyright Act and other rules of Community and international level to protect the copyrights of works, requiring us to withdraw the image and warning us that failure to do so will exercise the appropriate legal action to require us to pay a substantial compensation., I reserve the Legal international law if still using my photographs.
